The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between Antiquus old inventions s.l. and the user or customer, in accordance with legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract, to Law 26/1984, of July 19, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, Law 7/1996, of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation, and to Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Pricing

Orders

Immediately after placing your order, you will automatically be sent an e-mail confirming your order. The sale will be considered concluded only from the validation of the order, not automated, by our commercial service. Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time, unless it has already been invoiced, i.e. in the process of shipment. In this case, and if you do not really wish to receive the products you ordered, you must refuse the package upon receipt, i.e. send it back without opening it with the mention “package refused”. Product delivery
We undertake to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we kindly ask the Customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
We shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
The purchased products will be delivered to the person/company and at the address indicated, within the time period indicated.

The acceptance and payment of the order, expressly implies the chosen shipping method, and the cost of such expenses.
Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

Delivery time
The maximum delivery time for postal deliveries is 2 or 3 working days for national shipments within the peninsula. 4-5 working days for Canary and Balearic Islands and 7 working days for Europe.
By express mail the delivery time is 1-2 working days only for national shipments within the peninsula.
Orders placed after 12:00h will be processed the following day.
In case of delivery delays, customers will be informed as soon as we are aware of it.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the carrier makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the carrier.
Payments

If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of the withdrawal.
Likewise, the Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier when the ordered product is delivered, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the Customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by the shipment, he undertakes to report it in the shortest possible time and within a maximum of 2 working days from delivery.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the event that the order is erroneous or defective, the customer must communicate the incident within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from receipt of the order to the following email address: antiquus59@gmail.com.
The deadline for the return of such erroneous or defective order will be a maximum of 2 calendar days from receipt of order. Once the merchandise arrives to our establishment and the pertinent verifications have been made, Antiquus viejos ingenio s.l. will proceed to the exchange of the product, being in charge of Antiquus viejos ingenios s.l. the expenses of reception and shipment, considering it a cause beyond the customer’s control.
If there is no stock of the same product, we will proceed to refund the amount paid (shipping costs included) in the same way the customer paid for the order.
